Personal data policy
The EU General Data Protection Regulation came into force on 25 May 2018. It ensures the right to information about what personal data we as a member organisation have on you, how we use it and when we delete it.

As a customer or partner of Experience Fredericia, we ask for some company and personal data such as: company name, personal name, email address, phone number, address, etc.

We use this personal data to identify you as a contact person at the companies and organisations we regularly collaborate with. We use the data when we send out material, newsletters, invitations and other important information.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time and participants at our events will automatically be asked for consent to show their company and personal name at each specific event.

We store your personal data physically and in several IT systems where we have a data security agreement. We do not forward your personal data unless you have given your consent.

In case of discontinued cooperation, we delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you wish to have your personal data deleted for other reasons, you can contact Experience Fredericia about this at any time.

You have the right at any time to know what personal data we hold, what it is used for and where it is stored.

Personal data
