Danish dishes on the menu
Whether you visit the hotel for a day event or an overnight stay, nothing is spared when it comes to refuelling your energy reserves.
“We usually serve morning coffee with bread, a large lunch buffet, afternoon coffee with homemade cake and a two-course evening menu. Our kitchen is known for making classic Danish dishes with organic produce from Scottish Highland cattle from the family’s own farm, and we are happy to customise the menu, whether it's a party or a working dinner,” says the hotel owner.
A well-prepared breakfast buffet is also included when you stay at the hotel.
A cosy atmosphere is most important
Hotel Medio is currently renovating its 55 rooms of various sizes.
“We have 50 double rooms. We also have 5 apartments with their own kitchens and room for 1–7 people, where you can park your car right outside. All rooms are simply decorated with light colours and classic furniture,” says Jacob Grøn Pedersen, who believes the most important thing is to provide personal and relevant service and to make guests feel at home.
“In our cosy common room, guests can enjoy a drink at the bar or sit and chat about various topics.” Games. “It's also a great idea to go for a walk down to the sea to swim, sail or go fishing. Or to use our green garden for ball games or competitions”, he suggests.
