We know it can be difficult to get a sense of a town, hotel and conference room from a picture and some text. You should experience the atmosphere and see all the small details in person.
That’s why we regularly invite companies to visit Fredericia – to experience the hotels, explore the town, feel the charm and meet the business community face to face. We call them “customised inspiration tours”.
“We’ve done a number of customised inspiration tours over the years. Many companies are surprised that we customise the tours – and that it’s all about them and their needs. It’s not a group tour trying to cater to everyone, but quite the opposite. We always adapt the programme to what the individual company is looking for – whether it’s inspiration for conferences, events, meetings or courses. Then we show them all the places in Fredericia that meet their needs,” says Chris Hermansen, Sales and Attraction Manager at Experience Fredericia, who is responsible for the customised inspiration tours, which can last from eight to 24 hours.
“We often start at 8 am and visit different hotels to see their meeting and conference rooms. We often stop by the exhibition centre before it’s time for lunch at one of the town’s eateries. Then we may have presentations on some of the many extras we offer – Business Hosts, entertainment, art, culture and nature. For some companies, the day ends there, while others prefer to explore Fredericia town centre with dining, music or entertainment, followed by an overnight stay at one of our local hotels,” he explains.
